Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop

Celebrate the longest day with a Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop — a gentle, nourishing practice to honour the sun, steady the nervous system, and invite embodied presence.

This 3 hour session blends seasonal practices and somatic techniques: mindful movement sequences to open the chest and hips, breathwork to balance energy, guided body awareness to release habitual tension, and short rituals to set intentions for the coming season. Practices are accessible to all levels and include adaptations for pregnancy, injury, or limited mobility.

Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and aligned with the light and warmth of the season.

​Each session will be unique but all will include some of the following:

  • Gentle, yet powerful somatic practices to balance the nervous system and hatha yoga practices inspired by the season, with plenty of opportunities to modify and rest.

  • Focused hatha flows including poses to strengthen and tone.

  • Soothing shapes to release into and unwind.

  • Guided Meditation &Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for active relaxation and deep rest.
