This is a deeply grounding workshop that blends gentle yoga, somatics, myofascial release and guided journaling to help you release tension-both physically and emotionally- and reconnect with a sense of inner stability.
Through slow, intentional movement, targeted release work and reflective writing, you’ll be guided to soften held patterns in the body, regulate the nervous system and create space for honest self-reflection.
No experience is needed- just a willingness to pause, listen and explore. Leave feeling lighter, more present and deeply supported.
Each session will be unique but all will include some of the following:
Gentle, yet powerful somatic practices to balance the nervous system and hatha yoga practices inspired by the season, with plenty of opportunities to modify and rest.
Focused hatha flows including poses to strengthen and tone.
Soothing shapes to release into and unwind.
Self-Massage techniques to release tension and improve circulation.
Guided Meditation &Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for active relaxation and deep rest.
